Using the tools
You may use these tools to inspect and edit files you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for your configuration, backups and deployment decisions. Do not use the site to infringe others’ rights or disrupt services.
Validation has limits
A CFG extension does not identify a single grammar. Successful checks do not establish that a setting is supported, safe or accepted by your application. Test changes in the target application, preferably in a separate environment. Mozilla encoding is reversible obfuscation, not encryption.
Availability and responsibility
Tools are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not accept liability for lost data or damage from configuration changes. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Third parties and changes
External services have their own terms. Voluntary support does not buy a service level or a guaranteed feature. The operator may improve these tools and update these terms; the effective date identifies this version. Contact us if you find a problem.
